Their "support" is terrible. The platform always routes to AI chat, and it's very difficult to get an actual person. I also applied over a week ago to have my business phone number attached to the auto dialer, which is supposed to take "3-4" days. I've followed up with them several times, and each time I've been ignored. This follow up included during a live "onboarding" call with "Akhil" when I asked him for help and and update. During the call he kept ignoring the question, then promised to follow up with an email, but never bothered. Then today when they finally told me I was supposed to include additional documentation after finally getting through to live support. Pathetic "support"

My company have been using JustCall for the past couple of years. My highest recommendation for everyone considering to join JustCall. The support team always helps quickly and they are all kind, especially Shubham. Thank you for all your help, very much appreciated.

Manasa gave great service, quick replies!

This software is extremly bad, you cant even register , it stays, it cannot identify your business-email adress. I was trying 4 different business adresses from different companies, with vpn and without and with different devices . Do not waste your time guys, if you cannot even register smooth, the endproduct is bad too.

Avoid, time wasters.

I have been working through onboarding with JustCall, and the team has been great with my questions and issues. Harshul especially has always emailed me back very quickly and has been diligent in meeting me needs. Surya and Andrea have helped me as well, and all have been great.
