The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. Now I don't have to hassle with boxes and dry ice and foam, I can just pop over and browse the selections, including meals for dogs with special concerns. Love this dog food. And I love the new store! Such a pleasure to see it. I hope they will open more locations!

This company is fantastic! Great recipes, great customer service. One of the things I really like is you can cook their recipes at home and use their supplements for balanced nutrition. They also have special prescription diets for dogs with allergies, bladder stones, etc. I have a GSD and I can buy meat in bulk and makes it economical. Have recommended over and over to dog parents.
