We were truly impressed by JVM lending. As soon as we started the process, Hannah Papazian in particular helped us so much with great kindness and professionalism. She was very responsive to our questions. Everything went super smoothly even though we were traveling while going through the buying process. Hannah and her team are really awesome. Once again a great JVM experience
This is the third time we’ve worked with JVM and every time has been great. Hannah Papazian is so knowledgeable and responsive and was always available to put together different options for us to review so we felt that we were making informed decisions. JVM is highly recommended!
Our agent recommended my husband and I to JVM lending, but we also wanted to shop around before making our final decision. After shopping around we ultimately decided to go with JVM, because Hannah was very transparent from the beginning and gave us different metric scenarios and explaining the process. Once we applied, we then worked with Jon. Jon was also transparent throughout the process and would text and or call to give updates. Eventually we started working with Madeline, I can’t express how appreciative I am! Even though Madeline was on multiple work trips, being in different time zones, she still made me feel like she prioritized us! Everyday Madeline would send a text to give us an update and would still give us a text even if there weren’t any updates. Hannah, Jon, Madeline and Connie were extremely easy to work with and despite all of the stress of being a first time home buyer and not knowing the process, they all guided us through it and continued to be transparent and understanding. I can’t thank this team enough!
