First time buying Kaiweets products, the Thermal imager build quality is pretty good, no damage on packing box during shipping, product performance wise meets my expectation. Shipping details and updates with E-mail notification is well managed and promptly delivery. Shall buy again from this company for other range of products in future.

Exceptionally good KM602 multimeter, beautiful and efficient. The site is clear, the shipping is fast, and the prices are remarkably interesting on the direct manufacturer website!

I purchased a Kaiweets KGM01 Metal Detector. It’s a terrific product and great value – exactly what I wanted to get outdoors and begin detecting artifacts and hidden (or lost) treasures. When a complication arose with the international shipment (to Canada) I contacted Kaiweets customer care department which was immediately responsive and helpful. They treated my order with top-notch professionalism - a level of service that’s genuinely appreciated. I will heartily recommend this company to friends and be a return customer. I continue to learn about the well-designed KGM01’s numerous features and look forward to this product providing plenty of enjoyment. Kudos to the entire Kaiweets team!
