We have been a customer of Kamatera for many years. We have two large accounts with them with over 50 VMs. Service has been pretty good but has declined over the last year and over the last month the service is nearly not even usable any longer. More than once a week we are not even able to even get into our account as the login page is down. I am literally typing this right now because I am sitting here waiting for the page to be accessible. I assume that they have made some changes to reduce cost or possible have not kept up with certain things in their business over the last year to keep costs low. Again, was amazon but now looking to move to azure for the uptime. No longer useable.

"The Credit Card verification failed, please try again." That was the beginning and end of my experience. Tried two valid credit cards, both declined. And I'm done.

Hi Mr. Petlock, We apologize for the frustration you experienced during the sign-up process. Our anti-fraud systems use algorithms when validating credit cards, and sometimes they find suspicious activity in otherwise valid credit cards. We have tried to reach so that an account manager can assist you in signing up to the platform, but have been unable make contact. If you still wish to sign up, please email us at [email protected] and we'd be happy to help. Best, Team Kamatera

What I am impress in Kamatera is their support. Their support is fast and reliable compare to other cloud hosting in the market - given that Kamatera's pricing is a bit below market price. I am having a great experience so far!
