Called in to order your motorcycle metal link belt and the guy helping me was not only helpful, but funny! I love that there are still some happy people out there that love life! Got my belt super fast and it is a perfect fit. Wore it last night and got many compliments from my friends and told them who to call. I expect you will have more orders soon!!!

Ordered a D.O.T. German helmet, but received the wrong item. Customer service promptly sent out a return shipping envelope so we could correct the error.

Had a question, called, answered all questions and could not have been more pleasant. Item arrived quickly and very well packaged. Item was just as described, and based on quality, a fair deal for price.

Stick with your G.
The website made it seem like the item I was purchasing was exactly what I needed but when I received it, it was not what I thought. Buyer beware!

Greetings! My apology for the delay in responding to your concerns but I wanted to be sure we resolved them as quickly as possible. From speaking to our customer service department, it appears that we have now resolved your concerns regarding your assertions that we were deliberately misrepresenting a product. In addition, I understand that we have quickly handled your request to return the item in question and it appears that all is resolved to your satisfaction. Please accept my personal apology for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Everyone here takes your concerns very seriously and we are happy we could resolve them.
