Scam site. Shipping delays, wrong product sent twice, assertions that the wrong product was merely a “packaging change”, demands to send back wrong product before correct product is sent. Customer service emails seem AI-generated. Report any existing transaction as fraudulent and stay away from this scam.

I would avoid this company at all cost. It’s taken well over a month for them to even ship my items I live in United States and I order internationally all the time and never have I had any delay like this. Furthermore, I don’t even know if the company actually fulfilled the order and I don’t even know if it’s going to come in one piece if I could give any advice I would say to avoid this company and order somewhere else. I ordered copper water bottles. It was nothing difficult and yet this is taking so long for me to even get my order I would’ve never placed an order with them if I would’ve known this would be the case.

on 8 August 2026 I tried numerous websites to purchase a V-Ball Turbine head for my Dyson DC 39 vacuum cleaner. Dyson originally sold them for $109, but they no longer offered them for sale. The only website I was able to find to actually offered one for sale was Kateminimalist.com. They offered one for sale for $188.77. I purchased it because i was less expensive than buying a new vacuum cleaner. Unlike Amazon, a week or so passed and I didn't receive it. So I emailed the company. They responded to me within hours and told me they had the vacuum head was in house and that they would request the shipment be expedited to me. I received it today on 29 Aug 2026. It was brand new and in its original packing. I feel Kate Minimalist is a professional company, they responded fast to my questions, they did what they said they were going to do, and I would trust them again to purchase items from them. I took a chance on this company and I am glad I did.

I purchased a Lunarlipes Portable 4-in-1 Carbon Monoxide Detector on June 19, 2026. It arrived with no instructions or information on its use. I looked on the kateminimalist web site and the 4-in-1 model was no longer there. There was a 3-in-1 model there that apparently was what they sent me, even though the purchase price was lower that what I paid for the 4-in-1. They answered my first email and said if the item was incorrect they would "guide me through the return process to make it as smooth as possible." Since then they have ignored my additional emails and phone calls and apparently have totally ghosted me. I am stuck with this overpriced device with no instructions on its use. Do not buy from this disreputable company!

This is my third email sent to Kate Minimailist. It reads, It has been three days, and I have yet to hear from Kate Minimailist after being asked to send photos of the error in my order. It is extremely frustrating to be totally ignored by customer service, who are hired to service customers with a solution, not to disregard customers. Either. Kate Minimalist purposely misleads customers to purchase items for one price and quantity and send the quantity they want to send, or Kate Minimalist has realized that there was an error in data entry and has declined to honor the original description that intrigued me to select the item in the first place. What I received was not 24 packs of 8 Medline Ready Bath Luxe Total Body Cleansing Heavyweight Washcloths for $34.99 as described when I had made the purchase. Plus, tax and shipping charges. It is also peculiar that my original purchase order was changed to 1 pack of 8 after I first brought this discrepancy to Kate Minimalist attention. I don't mind Kate Minimalist not honoring the original description, the most important aspect is that I have paid $42.94 for 8 disposable towels wipes. "Please bring this issue to your supervisor's attention. I'm sure there is a solution that both Kate Minimalist and I will be satisfied with. One being to charge me for one pack and refund the remainder". Haven't heard a peep from them.

I placed an order in April, 2026 and never received my package. Complaints to them went unanswered.

Terrible company. I bought a rotating dryer brush and foolishly paid $99.00 for it. It kept stopping on me, so I requested return instructions. They told me to make a video showing the problem. Naturally I had to use the product to make the video. Then they told me they couldn’t accept items that were used. How in the world was I supposed to make a video without using it? I hope they get sued!!

I purchased a rotating dryer brush from Kate Minimalist on 6/3/2026, and the product does not work properly. The brush stops rotating at random times, making it unusable. I contacted customer service several times. They first asked for a photo, then requested a video. I recorded a video, but the file was too large to attach to a reply email. Even after explaining this, I still have not received return instructions or a refund. I am requesting clear return instructions and a full refund for this defective product. The process has been frustrating and unnecessarily difficult.
