Compared to other CBD products, did not seem to provide me with a significant effect. For the price point and reported potency, I would have expected more. That being said, the taste was very pleasant and "clean"...very palatable. As with many products, I think it benefits people to try more than one company and find one that works for them. For some that may be Kat's Naturals, but probably not for me.
