The merchandise did not meet my expectations. You added extra cutting board to my order without my consent. The boards are way too small to my liking.

Speaking to Julia has been helpful but I still don't understand why your cutting board is so bad that it leaves a mark every time I have tried to cut something. I need to return the 2 that were sent to me and get a refund!!!!!

The customer support is awesome but the website selling the product was confusing and I felt barraged by “wait there’s more” advertisement. I did not mean to order so many cutting boards and did so because of the confusing messages and buttons too easy to click by mistake. I would never order anything from a company that advertises like this ever again. I would like to return all items.
