Of course my bank checked for fraud. When I okayed it I put the order back through and it was a different price. Not much more so I went ahead with it. I know the board is excellent and I really want it. The boards I have are just like the bad ones in the picture. Please don't delay. Send me my boards.

I am not happy with my purchase of two titanium chopping boards
customer
Worst customer service !! I've sent pictures/emails multiple times with no response. Paid a lot of money thinking I was receiving 2 titanium boards. Only received 1. Sent pictures showing how scratched boards were after only using once or twice. Then noticed the board was bubbling round the edges. Not happy!!

So far impressed by the speed of reply to my email
Jack
Katuchef is a scam company. They took my money, never delivered the order, and did not refund me. They must do this to everyone because they have email prompts that immediately respond to a customer's request to find out status of the order. Purely a SCAM company. DO NOT BUY YOUR CUTTING BOARD HERE

We ordered through an add in Canada and no mention of it being US dollars, that's the first issue, the second was no news whatsoever after first email until I wrote back almost a month later. I wanted to cancel and they replied that I had to receive it first and apparently it was finally in the mail. Received it on January 9th and it was smaller then my wife thought so we wanted to return for refund but after over a dozen emails they have yet to reply to my request on how to do so and my time is running out, any suggestions?

This product arrived with a lot of damages around all four edges. packaging was fully intact, I have not used it, item is still in its package, couldn’t get refund as it’s over 30 days. Totally waste of money, cannot speak to anyone to get a replacement or refund
