Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are truly sorry that your perfume wasn't inside the packaging. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been. We would like to explain why we asked for a photo of the box. When an item is missing from a delivery, we open an investigation with our logistics team and our delivery carrier. The condition of the box, such as signs of damage, tampering or resealing, helps them find out where the issue happened. Even without the box, we still want to help. Our Customer Care team will contact you by email to review your case and find the best solution for you. Thank you for your patience and understanding. With Love, KAYALI Customer Care Team

I really wanted to love the smell and product but ended up being extremely disappointed. The body butter has absolutely no scent to it along with the lip butter. I had to shove them up my nose to be able to find a slight scent. I was hoping it would be somewhat potent but very light even for layering. The perfume smells more musky then delectable. Doesn’t make me think of deserts or sweets at all. It’s more of a musk and alcohol (not the good whisky kind either). I wish I would have sampled this in the store prior to buying. So if you’re looking for a dormant scent that last all day that turns heads this is NOT the product for you. It’s almost scentless.

Hello Chantelle, Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. Our body and lip products are designed to offer a softer, more subtle scent, so they can be beautifully layered with your perfume. Fragrance is also a very personal experience, and the way a scent develops can vary depending on body chemistry. For longer-lasting wear, we recommend applying your perfume to moisturized skin, focusing on pulse points such as the wrists, neck, and behind the ears, and avoiding rubbing it in after spraying. Thank you again for your feedback. With love, KAYALI Customer Care Team
