Very good company to work with!
Address printed on the label didn't include the 2nd line as I typed it in. This nearly resulted in the order being returned. Update! KB reached out to confirm some information and it turns out I had used the wrong email address previously, so my address was adjusted on that profile, not the one that I actually use, so it was ME who had the lack of attention to detail! :P Top tier responsiveness and service. Looking forward to using parts from them for many many more builds to come. <3

You sent me the wrong part
You sent me the wrong part. See email I sent last night after I got home and opened the just-received package.

Hi Philip, My apologies for the mis-pack on our end! As per our conversation this morning we've sent the correct part to you via Next-Day Air in an effort to keep your project on track. While we make every effort to avoid the human error factor, I hope the quick resolution to the issue helps mitigate the inconvenience. When given the opportunity we're always happy to make things right. Kris @ KB3D
