Good service. Great pricing.
Initially after ordering they told me it was out of stock (despite showing 7 in stock online) and I would need to pay a large sum to drop ship from the manufacturer. Before I could respond to them though they had located one and arranged for the free shipping. Good customer service and great price. Wish there were more shipping options for the larger items - would have paid extra to have brought into house.

Inventory can sometimes move faster than the website can keep up, which is not ideal and definitely not the kind of “surprise feature” anyone wants after placing an order. That said, we’re glad our team was able to locate the item, arrange free shipping, and get everything moving for you at a great price. We also appreciate your feedback about delivery options for larger kitchen and bath items. I have been trying to get return…The company customer service reached out to me. I have not received their emails with the instructions to complete my RMA. I apologize an will now revise my rating.
I have been trying to get return authorization as the item is wrong and what I need isn't made anymore. ive emailed , tried to fill out the forms. finally printed and mailed and am waiting still.
