I followed the rules and did nothing wrong. Without warning, my account was locked and access was taken away. I have waited weeks for answers and received none. What I earned honestly is being held, and the silence has been frustrating, unfair, and deeply unsettling. My experience with #Stovëx #Global has been uncomplicated. Payouts are handled in a way that makes sense.

I tried to withdraw $25k, but KKEX said that I needed a VIP account to withdraw that amount. To become a VIP account I needed a balance of $5000. So I asked to cancel my withdrawal and I would leave $5000 into my account to convert to a VIP account. They said the withdrawal cannot be canceled. That I had to deposit another $5000. I don't trust that I can get the money back even If I deposited the money. Then I would have lost even more money.

They restricted my USD 22k for a week (so far), with the excuse of RISK CONTROL!!!! They claim I had frequent withdrawal, which I didn't withdraw even a cent! Their communication concepts are not standard, and they don't even know the difference between evaluation and re-evaluation.

More than 1000USDT worth of funds FROZEN for NO REASON. My account was suddenly suspended from trading and WITHDRAWING with no explanation as to what has caused the „risk control“ suspension and i have been waiting for weeks for them to review and enable withdrawals. This money was used to trade honestly and the profits i had made were completely under the user agreements of the broker. The lack of transparency in the reason for suspension makes me suspect scam or fraud which will not be left without consequences.

Account Freeze and Loss of 600–700 USDT I had a very negative experience with Kcex. On November 15, 2025, I purchased 4,957,883.2 STFY tokens for 978 USDT. On November 19, while I was around 400 USDT in profit and tried to withdraw, Kcex suddenly froze my account without any prior notice. They forced me to submit documents and wait several days. During this forced delay, the STFY token was delisted, and when my account was finally unfrozen, the value had dropped dramatically. Because of this, I ended up losing around 600–700 USDT, even though I attempted to withdraw while in profit. I believe this freeze was unfair and directly caused my financial loss. I am requesting compensation for the difference between the token value at the time of my withdrawal attempt and after the account freeze was lifted. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope Kcex takes responsibility for this issue.
