I have had to replace fenders that broke but overall the chair is very good. My wife has other power chairs that react more smoothly to the joy stick. Those have to be dismantled into three units for transport so we like the KD chair for it’s ease of transport. I would recommend it to anyone who needs it for outside the house use. Is works well over most relatively smooth terrain.

Performs as advertised. Only issue we have is the difficulty getting into the chair. Once in - it’s great. Easy to fold and load into the trunk.

This is good for travel because of weight and easy of loading. Not so great for full time use because of jerky joystick. But worth it as a backup for travel.

Battery last a long time. Chair easy to operate and extremely easy to travel with.very comfortable seating. Love, love, love this chair

KD Smart Chair makes an excellent product, and they stand behind it with excellent service. Could not be any more pleased.

After purchasing the KD smart chair we found that we needed to contact them as the front wheels of the chair became very bent, making the chair unsafe as it used to slide side ways, especially on slopes, also the arm rests stared breaking off and the mud guard on one of the back wheels broke off. The company said there was nothing they would do to help, even though the chair was still fairly new. We have since looked at a UK made model of the same chair and would have definitely preferred it, unfortunately it was not out till a couple of years after we brought the KD smart chair. Very disappointed the seller of the KD smart chair did not want to know of the problems we had with the chair and had NO intentions of resolving the issues in any way at all.
