Keap on paper is an awesome platform but it's fundementally flawed on many levels. If you're looking to cancel your contract they make it very difficult to leave and even after losing 1000s on this software, they still take money from my bank account, despite expressing that I want out. You get given an account manager and my allocated manager is as useful as a chocolate teapot. Never respond s to requests and really slow. General support just points you to the manager. Useless.

I love love love Keap! It was my first automation tool I ever purchased and CRM. It's been a staple in how I run my service-based business and I can see myself staying with this company long term as I am still using the first version, and I look forward to scaling with the additional features available. My only critique is that I wish there was a more accessible and helpful customer service experience. There have been a few times when I attempt to access my business correspondence (I use their business line feature) and it said I didn't have a number at all! In the end, nothing was lost as far as data and the app eventually refreshed but it was scary and delayed several time-sensitive client correspondences.

The team at Keap helped me to see that automation is a key factor in saving me time, money, and manual labor. Everyone that I’ve worked with while onboarding has been enthusiastic, helpful, and committed. I’m particularly excited to see how increasing our client responsiveness will help us to make a bigger difference. The reason I’m not giving Keap four stars yet is because of errors in importing my contacts, lack of true email integration (past and future emails) so that I can see all my client communications in a single place, and similarly, the lack of social messaging integrations, as so many of my client communications happen with direct messaging.
