This was my first experience with importing anything, and Jay made this as simple and hands off as it could be. From all the initial communications with the Export company in Japan, navigating the paperwork process around shipping and having everything filed and correct for the actual shipyard pickup, the whole process was flawless. 10/10 would recommend if you're importing a Kei Truck from Japan.
