I ordered a remote control fob for my 2007 Saturn Sky, part number from KEYS4LESS through Walmart. They advertised it as Part Number 15252034. They sent me Part Number 22733523, which DOES NOT WORK with 2007-2010 Saturn Sky. I'm not going to put myself through the hassle of a return - I'll just use the case parts as spares. I just wanted to add my voice to those who've had bad experiences with KEYS4LESS.

I bought an OEM FOB for my Mazda. A locksmith couldn't program it, and even a MAZDA DEALER couldn't program it. The tech at the dealer said the FOB could have been bad from stock. Emailed them, no reply. I found a fine print that says "All OEM FOBS SALES ARE FINAL AND NO RETURNS ACCEPTED". What if the FOB was bad from stock like the one I received? They could've at least replied to me to say OEM FOBS could not be returned. Absolute silence. I found other online vendors that do accept returns on OEM FOB. I am done with this vendor.

Thats not what I ordered. I had ordered an emergency key with a chip in it but the key did not have one, thus I have returned it to y'all and sent it out for delivery already via usps. I would like my money back, thank you.

Purchased several Autel Universal keys for stock and discovered that many of them would not generate. Contacted customer service and they were aware of the issue. I then was advised we would be sent a return label and they would exchange them for us. Never rec'd the label. Further, they DO NOT answer their phone. Ever. I left message after message with no response and then "submitted a ticket" online for resolution. They answered with only questions, which I answered and was then ghosted. Finally an email was sent saying that they noticed I had called and tried to call me and got sent to my voicemail. That was an outright lie. Never did that happen nor did they respond to my multiple requests for a phone call to get resolution. They ended their email with the statement "For this particular case you will need to contact Autel support directly." No number was offered up to Autel support to help me out even a little bit either. I am so disappointed with their lack of attention or care and wish that there was something further I could do than just a bad review. 1 star is completely too much for this group.

I did not receive the same key as I ordered the shape is the same however the print on the key has Mexico not USA and like I stated is not the same design as the pictures I order.

Buyer beware, Do not buy from this service Ordered key for 2023 RAV 4, nothing listed on the description for the key or remote of multiple part numbers for this vehicle. Would not accept return after it was discovered that the part number suggested by their listing for the remote would not work for the vehicle, Your response is incorrect sir I got no correspondence from you or your team on vin verification furthermore the only email message I received was shipping and and order information. Yes as a business I keep my correspondence records also.

I'm too busy to be micro-managing something I paid for and sent back for a refund. They were quick to take my money but were slow to give it back. That is very bad customer service and I will not be doing business with this company in the future. This company is very bad at communicating about this situation, along with not answering phone calls or returning calls. Very bad at responding to emails. They got their product back in the same shape it was sent out to me, and now they are holding my money hostage. Now I have to get PayPal to take care of this and communicate with them get my money back.
