I am traveling very frequently in China and was getting tired of carrying 2 cell phones. The ordering process was simple and easy, just give the IMEI number from my phone and a few other details and payment info. After that, I got a confirmation of payment and a link to a status page. In about 12 hours, it listed my phone as unlocked. Then I had to go through a series of steps to finish the process. They basically involved installing an unsupported SIM and then connecting the phone to iTunes. The hiccup is that even though it is "unsupported", a Verizon SIM won't work with an unlocked AT&T iPhone. Because Verizon is really persnickety. I didn't know this and it wasn't listed in the documentation, but when I emailed Keys2iPhone support, they responded quickly with this information. Once I found a T-Mobile SIM to finish the unlocking with, everything went fine. Now I'm in the UK and successfully using my iPhone 4S with a OVIVO SIM (basically a super-cheap Vodaphone reseller) and it's working great. I definitely recommend the service.
