Went perfectly!
An absolute, great service was offered to me! At first they went with me on troubleshooting and when this did not fix the problem, they offered me a replacement. The whole thing didn't last long. The response time to my request was quick. The answers came in a good time frame and the solution for me very satisfactory. Many thanks to Rhian, who took good care of my problem. Keep it up! Thank you! Best regards from Marcel from Baunatal, Rhian!
