I bought a MagSafe tripod to do some simple recording while at the gym. While closing the tripod a plastic piece broke on the inside which prevented it from closing. KfConcept are sending me a new one to replace the old broken one. Amazing!! I plan on purchasing cameras in the future to start a vlog on YouTube and I will gladly be purchasing from them in the future! ☺️

I had a piece on my tripod fail on me, and I reached out to KF directly since the product had since been discontinued. Two emails with support, and replacement parts were in the mail. Some small talk in email about some other produxt info and a week of time, the box arrives with a replacement part and a spare to address my concern with another failure. Cold temps and plastic simply aren't a great combo, not a fault of the part. Excellent communication means a lot in e-commerce, and usually a generic copy paste response is the best you get. They are personable and honest, and answered all the questions I had - and judging by their reputation on Amazon and such, I am not the only one with a positive vibe. Pricing is fair, the products are of good quality and the support is there to back up their warranty if you need help.

I've had a K&F large tripod for several years now and several of their filters. Tripod finally broke after several years of abuse - I was quite rough with it - and they happily replaced the tiny part the broke. Tripod really is fantastic value. Filters are great too! Would certainly recommend
