We fully understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the poor communication and the long wait. Please rest assured that we are a legitimate business; your order is for a custom-made product, which requires a specific production period before it can be shipped. Creating a custom figurine involves multiple stages—such as design, 3D modeling, printing, and post-processing—all of which take time to complete. To resolve this matter properly, please contact us via email and provide your order number so we can verify the latest status of your package directly with our logistics team. We will update you immediately once we have concrete information—providing you with detailed, specific progress updates rather than perfunctory, generic responses. We deeply value your trust and hope to resolve this issue to your satisfaction.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry that the final figurine did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that our size guide clearly outlines the level of detail achievable at each size and includes recommendation ratings. The 7cm figurine is specifically noted as having limited detail representation and is not recommended for customers seeking highly realistic facial features. If facial details closer to the reference images or a real person are important, we recommend choosing 12cm or 15cm, which can capture significantly more facial detail. We also want to clarify that we never recommended upgrading to a 9cm figurine. Throughout our communication, we consistently suggested upgrading to 15cm, as this size offers the best likeness and detail. We discussed the cost difference involved, but unfortunately, we could not agree to provide our largest size for only an additional £40, as larger figurines require substantially more material, printing time, post-processing, and manual finishing. Regarding the material, our figurines are made from durable, eco-friendly resin using full-color 3D printing technology, not ordinary plastic. We have received a large number of positive reviews praising the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Our pricing reflects the customized design process, skilled labor, production costs, and quality control involved in creating each unique figurine, and we also regularly offer promotions and discounts on our website. We genuinely regret that this order did not meet your expectations and remain willing to communicate further to find a reasonable solution.

Thank you for your feedback, and thank you for giving us the opportunity to explain the situation here. We highly value the final result of each client's work, and we would like to sincerely explain our production rules to you and any readers who may see this comment: We focus on producing the figure itself. Large accessories such as sofas, wheelchairs, and large props (e.g., motorcycles, entire background walls) are indeed not within our standard production scope. This is because these complex accessories bring additional design and material costs, as well as a higher risk of printing failures, requiring us to assess and charge separately. When a design includes large accessories, we usually proactively communicate with the client and offer multiple solutions, such as: - Reducing accessory requirements: Simplifying complex props into more stable styles - Changing figure size: Enlarging the main body to harmonize the visual effect - Changing pose: Changing a sitting pose to a standing pose to avoid reliance on accessories for support - Pricing accessories separately: Charging extra fees based on design complexity - Suggesting accessory removal: Focusing on the main figure to ensure the finished product is stable and aesthetically pleasing We highly value the final result of each client's work and do not wish to compromise the overall quality by forcibly adding inappropriate accessories. We sincerely apologize if our previous communication failed to make this clear to you, and we will continue to improve our explanation process. We have already refunded you before you left a comment, and we welcome you to place your next order. Thank you again for your feedback; it will help us do better.
