Sent a question in and never heard back from anyone.

Samantha, We’re sorry for the confusion and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We did receive your email regarding a possible picking mistake and replied right away, asking for photos as part of our standard process so we could resolve the issue quickly. Unfortunately, we didn’t hear back after that. We’ve just sent another email - please check your inbox (and spam folder), and once we receive the photos, we’ll take care of this immediately. Warmly, Superiorcare.pet team

Order was supposedly shipped on Dec 18th. After 10 days, I asked what happened. Was told I "should have it in a few days". It's Jan 4th and still no information on possible date of delivery.

Dear Client, We’re very sorry for the delay and the frustration this has caused. Unfortunately, situations like this can sometimes happen, and while we do our best, we can’t fully control the delivery process once a package is in transit. To make this right, we will resend your order via UPS so you can receive it faster this time. Our sincere apologies again, and thank you for your patience. Warmly, Superiorcare.pet team

My 4 shitzu have been on this food for eye tearing! How ever I have seen no improvement in any of them we have gone Thur 2 large bags this will be the last one if I see no improvement

Joanne, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry to hear that you haven’t seen the improvement you were hoping for yet. Tear staining can be influenced by many factors, including genetics, environment, water quality, and diet. To see the best possible results, we recommend feeding only our dry food, as mixing in other foods or treats can interfere with the formula’s effectiveness. In some cases, it can also take a bit longer for visible changes to appear. We truly appreciate you giving the food a fair try and understand your frustration. If you’d like any guidance, we’re always here to help. Warmly, Superiorcare.pet team
