KingsYardReviews of kingsyard.com

We're new to bird watching and all that goes with it. My friend referred me to KingsYard for our first bird feeder. The products are top quality, attractive and easy to fill. The customer service is quick, thoughtful and helpful to give you a successful, enjoyable experience. I highly recommend KingsYard!

I have always been pleased with the products I've purchased from Kingsyard. They are high quality and reasonably priced. The one time I had an issue, I found their customer service to be beyond terrific. They responded to my email within one day, and instead of just shipping the missing part to me, they sent me an entire new item - which arrived the following day. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

I now have purchased 11 of Kingsyard bird feeders. The construction is amazing with sturdy metal perches. I now have 5 different designs and they attract a variety of birds. I recently reached out to customer service for a missing perch and they responded the following day to confirm my shipping address. This company is FIVE-STAR!!!

I would never purchase from this company again. The item I purchased did not work out. I wanted to return it but was told I had to have the original box which I had already recycled. That is ridiculous. Buy from Amazon! They have a wonderful return policy.

I usually wait until a have a product for a bit before I review as many places send the review request contemporaneously with the product. I didn’t need to do that with a Kingsyard product. This is my third and the quality, durability, and price are near perfect. The very impressive thing about Kingsyard that I didn’t expect is customer support. There was an inundation of cowbirds. Also a yellow finch appeared briefly. I wrote Kingsyard and in several prompt, congenial, and informative exchanges they have given me advice that seems to have solved the problem. The tube feeder for finches in the picture was one thing. It’s only been up a few days and I have my first customer. I also now have the upside down suet feeder. That, and a recommended change in my general seeds have resolved the cowbirds problem. I can’t wait for the finches to get the word. In fact because of their advice I have more traffic over all. They’ve also advised how to better attract hummingbirds. I’m keeping an eye on the migration reports. When they get closer to Michigan I’ll put that out. I’ve gotten a heck of a lot more than the cost of my four feeders (all Kingsyard) added together. They also make them easy to fill and clean.

We love this company and their products! I own 5 of their feeders and every one of them is a hit with the birds. I recently contacted customer service regarding an issue and they resolved it immediately! Their feeders are durable, cute, simple to use and most importantly--birds love them!🐦‍⬛🐦

This company is dishonest. Their return policy clearly states "For guest customers, we offer free returns within 30 days upon delivery, if you have signed up as our member, you will have extended warranty period, please refer to our member page for detailed information." However after purchasing 2 feeders and wanting to return one of them because it was not very well made, they did not honor the return policy and made me pay the return shipping. They received my return on 10/15/26 and I have still not received my refund. I would not do business with this company, they are not to be trusted.

The customer service given by this company is outstanding. They definitely get on issues and resolve quickly. Very happy with KingsYard.
