The quality of the craftmanship is excellent as always, but the barrel end of the holster does not fit the j-frame configuration. The barrel end is crimped too tight, thus the gun won't seat sufficiently to allow the retaining strap at the top to snap closed. It's about a half-inch short of snapping shut.

Ordered a TSS for a specific firearm and put all dimensions in notes. They missed those notes and holster came out of specs. I contacted them and they gave me two choices. I keep holster as it fit another firearm. They said, they would rush second holster. They did not. It also was not very well fit. I would not use them again. The holsters are decent. But prices are to high.

Great quality holster and seems exactly what was ordered. Fits newer model pistol. Downside is that the holster does not release the firearm very easily. And is very hard to draw pistol from the holster. Have wrapped the pistol to try and expand the holster to see if that helps or not and also doing multiple draws. But as holster releases very hard may take awhile.

The holster construction and quality of the leather is very good, however, the fit for the weapon is not. It is beyond snug, to the point that the gun barely fits into the holster without having to force it in. At this point, the holster is unusable, and to me, doubtful that it would open up enough to be useful in the future.

Shortly after ordering my product I was told that they were on vacation and that my my order would be delayed. I was not given any option to opt out. I waited and when I received it I was impressed with the level of detail of the work but was disappointed in the flimsy nature of the leather. It was very thin and I'm afraid it will not hold up.

Communication is terrible and the only thing that got the 2nd star was the general quality of the product when it finally arrived, except it also arrived without the proper trigger guard. Be aware that when you place the order you get a message telling you it can be between 6 to 15 weeks before you see anything. But just try and communicate to cancel. I waited weeks for a product while experiencing incredibly whimsical communication. (1 email, pause weeks, nonresponsive email, said "what?", no response, said "just cancel it," heard weeks later, looks like it might ship...can't tell you when but..... more weeks, shipping notice). I emailed a week ago to get the missing piece and I've heard nothing. I am sure it will take another six months. The way they run this is just a real shame, because the product is worthwhile.
