Overall good with one BIG exception
Overall a very good experience that was marred by the promised availability of flights around Denali weather dependent. The weather was perfect but somehow all the planes were already booked. This being after we had specifically asked if we should pre book the flights and were told it was not necessary as they always had availability. A bit chaotic at Denali, but otherwise a good tour.

Thank you for leaving this feedback. We apologize for the unavailability of the flights on that day. We ask guests to wait to book so that the weather will be good and you don't waste your money, as they do not refund unless you cannot fly due to bad weather. Unfortunately, the flights did sell out for that day, which is not the norm.
