The tote bag we ordered was delivered promptly and was packed well. My wife loves it. The blue colour looks good. The protective base is a great innovation. No more soggy bag bottom

I had seen this when it first came out, wanted one but I really do have enough bags already! Then they released it in blue, and I couldn’t resist any more. I love it! Plenty of room and the robust base is perfect!

I purchased a Kitbrix bag via Amazon two years ago for my daily crossfit routine, and it has been my faithful companion ever since. Recently, however, the zipper on the bag gave out, causing me some concern. Thankfully, the exceptional customer service at Kitbrix quickly turned my worry into satisfaction. Upon reaching out to them and providing some necessary details, I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt and friendly assistance I received. The customer service representative was attentive, understanding, and efficient in handling my issue. Without hesitation, they arranged for a replacement bag to be sent to me. Receiving the new bag was a delight, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Not only did Kitbrix resolve my problem swiftly, but they also did so with a level of care and professionalism that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Kitbrix to anyone in search of quality products backed by exceptional customer service. Thank you, Kitbrix, for your outstanding support and for standing behind your products. You've earned a loyal customer in me.

The bag looks good. You are unable to carry it as a rucksack as it only comes with 1 strap. I have contacted the company to ask about obtaining 2nd strap, which with a bad that cost you £100 does not seem unreasonable. They came back with the most unhelpful answerof simple: "NO, you need to buy another bag!!" However, wneh my boyfriend contacted them they sold hom a strap. But not without arguing. It is dissapointing that one must go and argue to obtain something, while if you are just a regular customer, all you hear is an unhelpful NO.

Dear Ania. We are so very sorry to hear of your recent experience with our Customer Service Team. The response that you received was not a standard response that we would expect you to receive. It is correct that the bag does only come with one strap, and that with the purchase of two bags, they can then be zipped together, and can be worn as a backpack. However, you should have been given the option of buying a spare strap to allow you to carry one bag as a backpack. We are disappointed that this option was not offered to you, and with the response that you received. We sincerely apologise for this. We have tried reaching out via email, in the hope that we can rectify this situation. Team Kitbrix
