Incredibly prompt delivery, fantastic service and even when I had an issue with an item it was replaced and dealt with with speed and consideration for their customer

Really great service Bags arrived on time and nicely presented Bags are smaller than I thought but in actual fact having 2 smaller bags is much more convenient and flexible Only slight issue is the zips are quite hard to use especially around the corners

I am not completely happy with my bag/s in a functional sense based on what I had hoped for but I find it hard not to rate as 5 stars because their quality is exceptional. Delivery was fast, they were packaged superbly and the order process from start to finish was easy.

Great product, only area of improvement would be the movement of the zips, nor very smooth when doing up when bags zipped together...

Ordered from them a bit too close to Christmas really. Emailed their HR and the delivery was pushed through in quick time. Good gear,Good packing,Good work
