Kitchen Magic USAReviews of kitchenmagic.com

Best worker. Loved the attention to the details. Cleaned up after everyday. Great job. Love my new kitchen.

I did a lot of research over several years, Sears, Lowes, Home Depot and private contractors. Met with Kitchen Magic 2x in 3 years, and became convinced they were the best quality, with the best price for my budget. No hard sell, just good info from salesmen. The installers were true craftsman and when I changed a few things, after completion (extra drawers, doors, different hinges) things you never thought of with the initial plan. no problem. I will and have recommended them highly. A year later I love it! And they actually gave me more storage space in the same footprint. Thank you Kitchen Magic one of the best improvements you can make to your home.

We will make this as short as possible. We had nothing but problems with Kitchen Magic. Salesman was nice, however, when we didn't sign the contract right away he reduced the price by over $3,000 within 3 days. Then when we didn't accept that he even lowered it again. Prices were very, very high we thought. He was very kind and did assist when we were having problems We were never told the counters were "sub out" which added an additional thousands of dollars. Almost every cabinet door had "bubbles" in the paint and had to be replaced NUMEROUS times which meant someone had to be here for the delivery and the installation of the cabinet doors each time. Four times and different workers three times. When the counter was being installed it was carried in the kitchen and the workers got it wedged between new micro rave and wall which left a dent in the micro wave and a hole in the wall. The manager, Raymond at Kitchen Magic was called several times and each time was more arrogant and rude. He should never be in a managers position. He said he tried to find us a new micro wave (took a week) and said he could not. I found the same one in an hour. Matt another Manager tried to solve the cabinet door problem with the bubbles but that took weeks as well, but he did try and he was professional and kind, unlike Raymond. Our french door refrigerator also was dented slightly but we never got that situation remedied. We just gave up, didn't want to deal with Raymond anymore. We have already talked with three potential Kitchen Magic customers who have since changed their minds and went elsewhere. We are not out to ruin Kitchen Magic, however, we do want people to know the truth and not spend their hard earned money and get this type of service. We were so excited about this project but it was a nightmare. Took weeks to complete not 3-5 days as they claim. Also when they installed the counter top (Quartz) they brought the wrong sink-it was backwards so again that meant we had to make arrangements again to have someone here when they had to come back and install the correct sink. Problem after problem. We have pics and documentation to back all this up. We built our home 19 years ago and never had problems like this. If we could we would have just have Kitchen Magic take everything they did out and return our old kitchen. So please think twice about hiring Kitchen Magic for anything. We wish we could tell you better things but this is the truth.

We chose Kitchen Magic for our new Corian countertop. They came to my house with samples and I chose a Corian color. They measured my coutertop and gave me a price that night--even gave me a discount. Plus we get a lifetime warranty that was included in that price. It was a fair price so we decided to go ahead with it. I love the Corian!. It is strong, durable, forgiving and still looks great after years of use. So glad I chose Kitchen Magic over the other options I had like one of the home stores. They know what they are doing. Comforting to know they stand behind their work too.

Kitchenmagic did everything right. They gave us lots of choices for our countertop, helpful advice to make the decision as to which type to choose, and gave us a great price. They were on time, professional, did a wonderful job and finished exactly when they said they would. No surprises. A really nice experience. Our granite countertop looks fantastic. We would use them again without hesitation.

I love the way our kitchen turned out! It is amazing how getting my kitchen cabinets refaced has just transformed that space in our home. It is a quality product, at a good price. Much cheaper then replacing cabinets and countertop and done within a week. I would definitely recommend this company.

The process of refacing, which consists of glueing a laminate wood finish on your old cabinets and replacement of the doors and drawers is not as good as a finished product as you see in pictures the salesman show you in a book. Up close you can see all the seams and nails and when you open the doors the old shelves are not finished. When considering refacing it's not a question you think to ask. The result is not as was expected considering the amount of money spent for this type of solution.it's not at all cheap. If I had to do again I would go with a new cabinetry. I would not recommend this.

Every facet of replacing the face of my twenty year old kitchen cabinetry went smoothly. Kitchen Magic performed all tasks well. The quality level was equal to their advertizing. We are most pleased with the results, would use them again and would freely recommend them to family and/or friend.
