We'd like to clarify that we do not enroll customers into subscriptions or process recurring orders without authorization. The subscription option can be enabled or disabled on the product page before the item is added to the cart, and while we understand it can be easy to miss, it does require selection during checkout. After your original order was placed, a separate subscription confirmation email was also sent. That said, we completely understand that this may not have been your intention, and we're sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused. Our Customer Experience Lead will be reaching out to you directly to see what we can do to make this right. We truly hope you'll give us the opportunity to find a resolution that feels fair and leaves you with a better impression of Klyr.
