I ordered the drawer organizer it came in a clear plastic bag. When I opened it it was really dirty and grimy like it had been left out on a warehouse shelf for weeks. I cleaned it off with some disinfectant. I was going to return it but the website says it out of stock and this order was initially delayed for weeks.

Knork is a great company. They are speedy and efficient. I’ve not had any problems. I have not needed customer service. I absolutely love their products. I use the paring knife daily.”Knork” feels great in your hand. I only have one complaint. While slicing an onion, it stuck to the chef knife. But it works great otherwise.

I have owned and used Knorks since they first came out. So I ordered more forks and they are not the same design. The handle is square and more pointed rather than flat. Harder for older hands. I was real disappointed they were not the same as the ones I have used for years.
