Dont buy from this online shop. I bought a dress which looked beautiful im the picture and was advertised as a ‘glamorous gala gown crafted from stiff s glamorous gala gown is crafted from stiff shape-retaining high-quality fabric’ The actual dress was made from a cheap print fabric and looked nothing like the picture. The dress quality was poor. I contacted Koeei.com for returns and they refused to allow a return! What a rip off!

This brand/website is terrible. I ordered a dress which was pictured to be just like another I had seen on the web. When it arrived it was a complete knock off/piece of trash. I wrote them right away about a return/refund and they gave me the run around. Offered to give me another item at a discount or have me send the item back to China at my expense. I finally had to take up the dispute with my bank -- which I won. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The clothes are TRASH and their customer service is a run around.

VERY BAD!!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE!!! The pictures on their website aren't accurate. What I got was nothing else than Chinese rubbish. The costumers service responded but didn't come with a costumer friendly solution. Again: don't order anything there. It's pure scam.

Scam - ordered an electric lime dress with textured pattern, came cheap terrible material butter yellow. I asked for refund / exchange - wasn’t allowed. They full on scam. It looked nothing like the website
