I really enjoy their products. I’ve made purchases at least three times a week consistently since the end of March. Whenever there’s a problem, which is rare, they go out of their way to rectify it. If I had the discretionary income to support it, I would buy every single item that they launch.

I love the bead mix, it’s just that I wish all of these mixed bead companies would give more of the higher cost beads. I don’t want beads I don’t need to get one nice focal piece.

I do offline packaging, but when the product arrives, all the configurations are not included, so I have to request it again It would be nice if you could include all the configurations as well as in the live. The good thing is that there are a lot of special elements They responded kindly by requesting again after offline packaging. And it was nice to be able to provide more of the same capacity when we launched the new product. All I want is to have a lot of product composition and reduce the amount of cubic decorations.
