Got a set of cabinets from Homedepot. The quality control is so bad. Keep sending me the cabinet doors that all has defect. A door even spray on the top of a label. My kitchen cannot completed since I ordered the cabinets in May until next year of August. They sent me two panel for the island has two different color. I highly recommend to use other company. They have the high end price tag but low end quality.

If I could give this review less than a 1 star I would. The customer service is the worse possible customer service I have ever received. My job is mainly contacting customer service for people and for me to receive strange email responses and then receive no feedback is ridiculous.

I ordered Kraftmaid cabinets from Lowe's Jul 1 with a promised delivery window of 5 - 8 weeks. It's now been 4 months of aggravation and I am STILL waiting for my cabinets. I've had missed delivery promises repeatedly with no recourse, no customer service, and no idea when or where my cabinets are. What an inept company! I am beyond frustrated with cabinet and installer and granite fabricator having lost faith with us (the homeowner) because of stupid kitchen cabinets. NEVER BUY KRAFTMAID. Not worth the high price for no delivery.

My experience is sadly very bad. I bought a full set of KitchMaid cabinets from Home Depot based on the recommendation from the salesperson. The impetus was quality of the cabinets and especially the warranty. I was assured there was a lifetime warranty. So off I went for 14 years happy with the look and quality of my cabinets. One day two of our cabinets started to have delamination issues. We tried to get two replacement cabinets at Home Depot but was told they were no longer available. We then went to a replacement door vendor who gave us a $30G price to replace all of the doors. That vendor told us about the KitchenMaid warranty. And so we went down that route and to keep this short, was told by KitchenMaid that the cabinets cannot stand up to the heat of a kitchen. That defeated the purpose of going with KitchenMaid. Never Again.

We were very excited about ordering our new cabinets from KraftMaid until they were delivered and they sent the Wong size cabinets, they neglected to send the correct shelves and accessories we ordered and paid for. We called KraftMaid and they advised that new cabinets would be delivered on a specific date. We asked our Contractor to be there to get the delivery and paid him to be there. The cabinets never arrived, we received no telephone call from Customer Service or shipping. We complained to Lowe’s as that is who we purchased cabinets from and they told us a Rep from KraftMaid would call us and get everything straightened out. The woman called us and left a message asking us to call her back. We have left 5 messages for her over the past 3 weeks and have not heard back from her. We now have to pay our Contractor to make parts that KraftMaid screwed up and for his time waiting for the correct cabinets to show up. Very bad customer service!

Bought semi custom Kraftmaid cabinet through Home Depot and it’s a piece of junk. Awful quality. We’ve decided to pay the 20% restocking fee just to get it out of our site. Never use these guys. What a joke they are.

Ordered an entire kitchen's worth of KraftMaid cabinets. After a six week wait, the cabinets arrived in terrible condition. With a small child in the house and no place to store replacement cabinets while waiting for another lengthy lead time, I had little choice but to move forward with installation, which required repairs and additional costs. The damage and defects included: • Cracked and crooked cabinet doors • Chipped and damaged cabinet surfaces • Missing support components • Drawers that were improperly installed and would not fully close • Misaligned drawer fronts that were not flush • Finish defects, including bubbling and poorly applied edge finishes • Incorrect products shipped • Missing touch up materials For a premium cabinet line, the quality was extremely disappointing. These were not isolated issues but a pattern of defects across the entire order, pointing to significant quality control problems. Due to the extent of the issues, we are currently working with both KraftMaid and Lowe's to reach a resolution. Will post an update once resolved.

We just built a new home and had KraftMaid kitchen cabinets installed. We haven't even had a chance to use them yet. I was cleaning something sticky inside the silverware drawer. The wood on the inside the cabinet just peeled off. They are supposed to be brand new! I would like to upload a photo but there is no place to do it. Don't waste your money!
