Prompt and professional.

This was my first experience with Cremation. The process was mainly done online. The process was not difficult and was smoothly accomplished. I knew I could call the office if I had questions. The turn around time was much quicker than I expected. The staff at the office when I picked up my family member's ashes were patient, helpful, and respectful of the sadness of the situation. Sorry I do not remember specific names. Everyone I had contact with from the transfer of the body to the picking up of ashes was professional and helpful.

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience through this tragic time. My brother Keith passed away on October 1st. From the moment I picked them out online, because I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, and my brother lived in Fort Worth, Texas, everything was handled so smoothly and with such honor, care, and follow-through. It was one of the best experiences I can say I've ever had caring for a loved one after they have passed away. Thank you
