Highly disappointed with Krispy Kreme. I placed a catering order through ezcater for a in-service for my business. 14 dozen glazed donuts and 5 coffee boxes. When ezcater came to pick up the order they hadn't prepared any of it and never even had the decency to call and say the order wouldn't be fulfilled. Left over 150 people without anything for hours until our catered lunch came

When did it become OK to put a price on something then charge more. I went in to pick up a dozen donuts for our quilting meeting. All the donuts had a price by each one, and some of them said $0.60 if added to a dozen. All the donuts I picked, except one, did NOT have the additional $0.60 on the donut tag. But when I got up to the register she charged another $0.60 on eleven donuts. We talked about it, but the bottom line, a line she repeated numerous times was, unfortunately there is nothing I can do. When I asked to talk to the manager, she just used the same words. I said she is the manager, she can put the $0.60 on the donut tags, she said she couldn't do that. She could put up a sign, nope she couldn't do that either. So basically, she isn't a manager. Unless you want to get lied to about what you're paying, while they create false advertising and inflate the costs, stay away from Krispy Kreme. This is at the corporate level. Not just individual stores.

Doesn’t deserve a 1 star, Needs Negative 5 stars. Location on Jefferson Ave. and Dembigh Blvd. In NN, Va. Is a joke. I literally sat at the pickup window for 10 minutes waiting on 2 dozens donuts while the employees were standing around being all loud talking amongst themselves, they didn’t care about customers I guess it’s just a place for the employees to go and meet up and have their own party time. Ridiculous and something needs to be done about this location, these young people working should say hanging out because they’re not working. They don’t care This place needs better management and supervision asap. I will never stop at this location again. Worst Place I have ever been to. Krispy Kreme this location is ruining your name

If given the opportunity I wouldn't give one star. Online order placed for specific doughuts and drove 45 mins to pick up the order. I also ordered 1 dozen glazed in the drive-thru. The online order had 5 correct and the glazed were not correct either. I went through the app and all I received was they were sorry and here's a dozen free glazed doughnuts. Seriously!?! So I pay extra for specific doughnuts but I get a coupon for a dozen plain doughuts in return? There's lots of great doughnuts shops around and I would highly recommend them over Krispy Kreme.

I am very sad and disappointed to write this review. . I would say I’m a regular customer. I buy 48-96 dots at least once or twice a month. But the last two times that I have gotten them. The only words I can describe is dry and stale. I’m used to the dots that are warm and melt in your mouth. These were far from it. And, for the second time! They were very cold, dry and stale! You lost a loyal customer! There will not be a third time for me!

I ordered donuts for delivery on Friday not for a Saturday delivery. These were for my granddaughters birthday!! I wake up on Saturday morning to check the status of the delivery and find an email sent at 5:22 am that it had been cancelled. I call the store and they can’t tell me why but I can come and pick it up. I live 1000 miles away so that wasn’t possible. It will now be my mission to tell everyone I can to never use Krispy Kreme donuts.

Krispy kreme 👎👎Why do companies always ruin a good things!! Glazed creme filled (the original not the circle they did ) were the best donut .. went there recently erie pa. We bought 4 donuts for the car ride... were horrible . Filling cheap tasting.. awful we threw them out. No more krispy kreme

This doughnut shop in Johnson City Tn is the worst ! What I came for in middle of day was sold out while all the other trays were completely full. Only the apple filled was good and all the others were filled with some crapy white cheap filling. TRASH TRASH Trash. 17 dollars 6 doughnuts what a joke ! Next time I come to Johnson City I"ll make sure i use your bathroom. Its only but a matter of time before youll close up for good.
