I purchased products last week. I tried to get a refund on items that were still sealed. No refund. I was told that there was all kinds of signs in the store telling me this. I didn’t see any signs. No one informed me of this. On the bill in minuscule print apparently there is mention of this. Feel like I was scammed! Obviously they don’t stand behind there products.

Definitiv- Finger weg.

I booked an appointment at the Burlington Clinic for Monday at 1:00 p.m. and had to confirm this not once but twice. I drove across town, parked, walked through the Mall and after finding the Clinic, I was met by a yiung women who was just minding the premises and who advised me that there was no one else there! Nobody called, emailed or anything. Some business that does this to their clients!!!

"I want to mention the experience I had with Kristals store. I visited their location, and the employees were extremely helpful in recommending products and even allowing me to try them on before making a purchase. I walked away feeling like I made the right decisions for my skin's needs, and I'm delighted with the results I've seen so far."

After months of searching for a moisturizer that would actually help with my dry skin, I stumbled upon Kristals and their Rock Crystal Refining Moisturizer. To my surprise, the moisturizer provided immediate relief and made my skin feel soft and supple.
