I used the standard Keeper U-lock for years and was very happy with it. When the locking mechanism broke, they sent me a new lock. Customer service was prompt and polite. I'm very happy withy experience.

Kryptonite shipped me a replacement lock when my lock was cut and bike stolen then recovered. The process was relatively easy and the customer service rep, Oleh, was very helpful! I got a new bicycle recently, and I got a Kryptonite lock and ATPO for it as well.

I purchased a Kryptonite New York Diamond lock from an online vendor that turned out to be from one of the early production runs that were vulnerable to angle grinders where the shackle meets the crossbar. I contacted Kryptonite and with the help of Oleh in customer support, sent the vulnerable lock to Kryptonite so they could replace it with a new lock. After giving Oleh the serial number from the bottom of the lock, I was promptly provided a return label. Once my return reached Oleh, he quickly had my replacement out for delivery. I received the replacement lock and am very happy with the new one and with the service I received.

Their warranty scheme is incredible as they refunded me for a locksmith to come and cut the lock as well as that they send me a brand new lock.
