They were very responsive to all my inquiries. We needed to exchange emails regarding payment for the weeks stay at a home with a pool in the Catskills: the customer service and response time was excellent. Not immediate but well within a reasonable time. Can’t wait to book with them again!

Stayed in Lakewood for a family simcha and booked through Kvation. Found a place that was perfect for Shabbos, close to everything we needed. Booking was quick, will book on it again.
