Tyler was really helpful in selecting a Defensive stick. We found a reasonably priced one that met our needs.

Unfortunately they had an inventory mistake and didn't have the item I ordered for my son. They contacted me almost immediately and promptly offered alternatives and ultimately a refund. Great service goes a long way with me. I'll be shopping here for future equipment needs.

Mark, Thank you for your support. Again, we are terribly sorry we had an issue with the item you ordered. We do everything in our power to avoid these situations. It means the world that you understand and are willing to give us another shot the next time you need some lacrosse gear. Thank you again.

Knowledgeable staff. I told him what I was looking for and what my price range was and he walked me through all the options. My daughter is excited to put her new stick to use at her upcoming tournament!

Justin, Thank you for shopping with us. We're glad we had a stick for your daughter that fit your budget and your requirements. We hope she goes out and crushes it at her upcoming tournament. Thanks again.

Tyler was amazing at fitting out my three, first-time lacrosse players! He’s very kind in his approach, so it’s accessible and not intimidating for young players. Mikie was also incredible! What a great personality and incredible coach! He got them really excited to play!

Kristen, Thank you for coming in. We are so excited that Tyler was able to get your three players all sized up for their first set of gear. That is super fun. And what great timing that Mikie was here when you came in. He is a "lacrosse superstar" in the area and we're so fortunate to have our partnership with him. His energy is infectious and his love for the game is unmatched. Please let us know if we can help your family with anything else as you enter this wonderful new community. Thanks again for shopping with us.

We purchased equipment at a large lacrosse tournament and the gentleman at the Lacrosse Fanatic were very helpful and kind even while hundreds of lacrosse families crowded their tent. Merchandise was not marked way up for the event so I purchased items that I planned to buy at a later date.

Stan, Thank you for shopping with us. It was great to see you at our mobile store. And your perception was correct. We don't mark up items because we're at a tournament. In fact we do the opposite and always have plenty of sales and deals under our tents. So its always a great idea to stop in and see what's on special that particular day. Thanks again for your business and we'll see you at the next tourney.

We are new to lacrosse and sincerely appreciated the honest feedback/advice from your staff (unfortunately I can't recall his name - he's the coach for a Folsom team). Very professional and helpful in terms of what we should/need to buy.
