They were very fast with shipping out. They are one of the few stores that actually had my daughter's chest protector in stock. I can't wait to get it!!!!

My son has been playing lacrosse for 7 years and I've ordered gear from several places online and locally and I can tell you that Lacrosse Fanatic has some of the best inventory, prices, and the absolute BEST customer service. Their staff is highly knowledgable and ready to help with whatever you need, questions about gear, getting your head strung, shipping needs, etc. This is my go to place for everything lacrosse!

Update: After a response from Lacrosse Fanatic I do realize that the issues were beyond their control. I have changed my rating to 4 stars as this should not be a reflection of Lacrosse Fanatic as a company. The oversight on the decals is direct from the manufacturer and not Lacrosse Fanatic. I appreciate the speedy response. Ordered a custom helmet. Turn around time was longer than expected. If you or suppliers are having delays, a note stating such would have been appreciated when ordering. Also, when ordering custom helmet, they can’t provide tracking because it comes direct from supplier. Additionally, helmet arrived missing decals that had been ordered in the customization. I don’t like giving bad reviews but it just seemed to be one thing after the other. Still haven’t received confirmation that the decals have or are being shipped out.

Ronnie, Thank you for shopping with us. And unfortunately you are correct. There was an issue with the manufacturer having some supply chain issues that caused the delay of some custom orders. It was only certain options that were effected and neither we nor they had a precise timeline on when these parts were going to be available. As for the missing decals, that was an oversight by the manufacturer and we have requested that they send them out to you ASAP. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and deeply regret that this circumstance happened in the first place. We have been assured that their issues have been resolved and moving forward they should be back to their standard delivery times, but I realize that doesn't help with your situation. Again, please accept our sincerest apologies for not being able to provide you with the 5 Star shopping experience that we strive for, and that thousands of customers have received.
