The item has not been received yet, so can not give full evaluation

Donald, Thank you for shopping with us and for your review. It is understandable that you haven't received your order yet. You purchased a custom helmet just over 48 hours ago. These items are built to order by Cascade and will drop ship directly from them once it is assembled. We hope you will be as satisfied with your new helmet purchase as all of our other customers have been. Thank you again for your business.

Michelle, Thank you so much for your continued support. We look to carry only the highest quality products and then offer them at the best prices possible. And our same-day shipping on most orders is one of our most popular benefits. We look forward to helping you again in the future.

Lax Fanatic is awesome!!! I found exactly what I was looking for, no other retail outlet had it and prices were comparable. Thank you so much!!!!

Thanks for shopping with us. Supply chain issues have been a challenge for us all year. But we're glad we had what you were looking for. And yes, our prices should be right in line with anyone else out there. The manufacturers dictate the retail prices everyone is supposed to charge. But either way we appreciate your business and look forward to helping you again in the future.

Thomas, Thank you for your business... twice in one day at that. We're confident that if you had come 10 more times you would have received the same service during each of those visits too. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Got a call right after I ordered to confirm some info that was a bit different than I ordered. Other places would have just shipped it. The Customer Service and attention to detail have earned my loyalty. Thank you Lacrosse Fanatic!

Shipped wrong color stick and head. Requested on multiple occasions to customer service a solution without any follow up email returned

Richard, Thank you for shopping with us and for bringing this issue to our attention. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience that it caused. We wish we had a great excuse, but unfortunately there isn't anything that can be said other than that we messed up. In fact we messed up twice... when initially fulfilling your order and then again when the email message you sent us (only one was received) was overlooked by our staff. We strive to exceed all customer expectations on every order and with every customer interaction. All of our 5 Star reviews indicate that we succeed in that goal the majority of the time. But unfortunately human error does occasionally happen and in the case of your circumstance there were two. Once we were made aware of this situation through your review we reached out immediately and made an offer to resolve the issue, which you accepted. We sincerely apologize again on behalf of our entire team and trust that you are satisfied with the resolution that was reached. We would also hope that you would give us another opportunity in the future to provide the 5-Star service that we've become known for, and is represented by all the positive customer reviews we receive. Sincerest Apologies, Lacrosse Fanatic
