The customer service is unmatched! Pleasant, professional and most helpful in resolving questions I had. Customer service was prompt to respond and always eager to resolve questions I presented. So refreshing in a time when “customer service” can mean something unpleasant to tackle.

My rug was stolen from my apartment building and the customer service team worked diligently to fix the issue! They’ve also been very kind & fast to reply

We received our rugs quickly and when I opened them, I was amazed at how soft and beautiful they were. As soon as I put one out on the patio, my two grandchildren laid on their bellies and tried to identify the insects depicted on the rug. The rugs are so comfortable, the spent nearly an hour laying on it.

I received my rug grippers no problem, however Ive emailed customer service at LaHome two times in a week to try and get my initial rug order exchanged for a smaller size. No one from customer service so far has replied to initiate the return and or exchange. Very unhappy with how difficult this has been . I only have 30 days to return the rug and I am leaving for vacation and I need to resolve this issue! I am spoiled by Amazon return policies 😎.

I love the rugs, they are beautiful. There was a minor mishap with the delivery but the company was very responsive.

The rug that we purchased is lovely and just as described. Shipping was prompt. Customer service was quick to respond to a question that I had.

Lahome’s customer service was very responsive when I ordered a decent-quality rug that was ultimately not the right fit in my home. They worked with me to refund me a portion of the cost instead of dealing with the high cost and the logistical burden of shipping it back.

Shipping was super fast and customer service was great. One of my rugs shipped separately and they responded immediately to help me track it. The rugs are beautiful and so soft and luxurious. Will definitely be buying again.
