I was skeptical about these rugs based on how thin they are but they are great! The folded creases work themselves out over time and they look great in my space! They also arrived very quickly and customer serive was responive when I had a follow up question.

Customer service is top notch! Very responsive and accommodating. The rugs are great and I’ve purchased several. I ended up redecorating my home because I loved the rugs so much! And it came out stunning! Very Cottagecore. I purchased the Arielle Vintage Floral in Sage green. Started with the 9x12, 2x3 and 2x6 and then the 3x5 for foyer. Next I ordered the Boho Modern Parisian Floral scalloped round rug for my sunroom and then the matching 2x3 to place at door. The softness and easy cleaning of these beauties make them a win win! Highly recommend especially for those with pets!

The rug we ordered ultimately didn’t work for our space, but the quality and appearance were great, and it arrived quickly. When I went to initiate the return, I was surprised by the cost of return shipping. However, the customer service team was very responsive, understanding, and accommodating in helping us find a resolution. They were easy to work with and made the overall experience a positive one.
