No complaints
No complaints. I found what I was looking for - a credit, tenant history and criminal background check which happened quickly. Of course I have no way of knowing whether or how thoroughly these checks were actually performed.

Hello, Martin! Our reports are run through Trans Union, one of the three major credit bureaus in the United States. When the applicant authorizes us to run the report, their identity is also verified through the system via a set of questions pulled from their credit history linked to the social security number that they provide to us. Very simple to do, overwhelmed with applicants!
Very simple to do. No need to put a sign in the yard, we were overwhelmed with applicants and closed it down the next morning.
