First, we must apologize that your course didn't work out as you planned. I understand that you were working with my colleague Sophia.
I've spoken with her, and I see that she's already contacted you to explain the situation and that you've already found a solution for your son's course.
Please note that as an agency, we do our best to keep all the information on our platform up to date. However, we also rely on our partner schools to provide up to date information.
We always double check availability with our partner schools whenever a student makes a request to ensure that everything that the student wants is available before they proceed. However, different factors can affect this process.
In your case, there were limited private teachers available to provide lessons, and unfortunately, none of the teachers had the exact experience needed to teach specialized aviation vocabulary.
Our teachers are very qualified, so the expectation was that the teacher could simply familiarize himself with the relevant vocabulary and then provide the high quality teaching he would anyway.
We are very sorry that this assumption was incorrect. However, I understand after talking with Sophia, that you have been provided with a partial refund to help pay for extra supplemental lessons to make up for this error.
Again, we are very sorry for this oversight, and we hope that the solution we have provided for you will be sufficient.
Additionally, please feel free to contact Sophia if you ever decide to book another course, and we will be happy to discount it for you.
