I ordered two plus weeks ago. Not even a confirmation. A hello. An almost on its way. Crickets!!

We’re sorry to hear you haven’t seen any updates— that’s never the experience we want for our customers. Every order triggers two automated emails (confirmation and a shipping notice with tracking), but on rare occasions they can be filtered to junk or spam. Double-check the junk/spam folder of the email used at checkout as sometimes mail can land there. Thanks

Hello, please contact us directly so we can work something out! We do offer touch ups and home maintenance products. Your treatment was done using 38% HP, its unfortunate that you do not see any results as this is the strongest gel on the market for in office teeth whitening treatments.

Hey Mark, based on the emails with our customer service, you clearly ordered the wrong product and asked us to return it, we did approve your return and we pre paid for your return shipping. Even though it was a mistake on your end.

Hi Tina, you've ordered our newest product the "Mouth Spray". You've placed the order during our "Pre-Order". Before purchasing, our website states that this item will begin shipping out March 18th. We have emailed you back and we will start shipping your order by end of this week once we have them in stock. You will receive a follow up email with all the shipping and tracking information. No instructions came with the product
No instructions came with the product. It turned my gums white and burned. I think I am supposed to get additional shipments but I see no way to cancel.

Hello Linda, please do not leave multiple negative reviews for the same issue. Also reach out to us via email or call us to see how we can assist you. We've addressed this issue before. The gel you've ordered is for Professional Use only. This should not be used at home or without any proper training or certifications. If you are not trained to use this gel please stop immediately as you can cause serious damage to your clients.
