I give the Latepoint team 5 stars! They are quick to respond, highly knowledgeable about the product and very thorough in their support. I am giving an overall 4 stars here because there are a few improvements I would like to see on the system itself.

I had some troubles to connect with google calendar in LatePoint. The customer service was really helpful when I asked for a help. They gave me a quick and detailed email. They also gave me a code, and I could solve the problem. I appreciate the customer support team and recommend the plugin.

The most important aspect is always how good is the plugin supported. And Latepoint has not disappointed me. They are always swift with answering support requests. Last but not least it is a fantastic plugin to work with.

Very slick booking system, I appreciate how lightweight it is running, how user-friendly it is, and the great support received. Very happy to recommend. When I ran into an issue, they even sent a quick screen recording, just paints 1000 words. As a company, we are very happy to swap out a bloated booking system with this to help improve overall user experience and performance.
