The worst company. I have experienced an incredibly frustrating ordeal with this company, and I must say it has been the most disappointing experience I have ever encountered. Initially, I was excited to collaborate with them regarding my new item, but my enthusiasm quickly turned to dismay when I attempted to reach out on two separate occasions to discuss our project. On both occasions, the company canceled our scheduled meetings with absolutely no prior notice or explanation. This pattern of behavior has left me feeling disregarded and unimportant as a client. The lack of communication from their team has been nothing short of astonishing. I have sent a email seeking clarification and assistance, yet I have received no response whatsoever. It feels as though my inquiries have been completely ignored, which is incredibly disheartening for someone who is trying to navigate the complexities of launching a new product. What makes this situation even more disappointing is the company’s claims about their ability to help individuals successfully raise funds on crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter and Indiegogo. They even promote various videos on YouTube, showcasing their supposed expertise and success stories. However, my experience has shown a stark contrast to these claims. Their focus seems to be on sending vague, unhelpful messages rather than providing the genuine assistance and guidance that clients like me desperately need. Overall, I feel utterly abandoned and misled by this company. It is incredibly frustrating to have a new idea and not be able to get in touch with anyone who can help me bring it to fruition. I had hoped for a collaborative partnership, but instead, I am left feeling isolated and unsupported.

We've had a really great experience with Launcboom and see a few areas that particularly stand out: 1) We were looking for a way to learn how ad funnels work when it comes to games so we could do them ourselves. Launchboom's self-paced course combined with regular checks by folks who know what they're doing was super valuable and now we have a great playbook to use for future campaigns. 2) The community is seriously underestimated. It's a true wealth of information for anyone designing board games. Everything from discussions about manufacturers, to pledge managers, to how to deal with knock-offs. The community is super valuable on its own. 3) Cost: we saw Launchboom as an educational expense and it more than justified the cost. We would have absolutely spent more getting stuff wrong than we paid for the program. The team are also super nice and fundamentally decent people who clearly get excited to see you succeed. Often with these programs you get out what you put in, and the best ones are designed to help you figure out how best to set yourself up for success. Launchboom has given us that grounding and we're excited to put those learnings to work on our next games.

Launchboom was great. They provided clear instructions with videos and offered guidance every step of the way. I was able to triple my initial goal and they gave me the formula to do it.

While there is a cost involved, the wealth of information they provide is invaluable—things you wouldn’t think of on your own. I’m extremely pleased with their support and couldn’t have done it without their help. Highly recommended!

Overall it was a positive experience. The tools and videos provided the guidance we needed as first-time developers to make sure we were on the right track. They also provided useful and crucial feedback to certain aspect of our campaign that lead to our success. The only complaint I have is that while they always responded same day, it was almost always at the end of day regardless of when I asked my question. With me on Eastern time and them on Pacific, it led to some frustrating waits when I needed a quicker answer. Also, while the video responses were sometimes useful, they didn't always get to the heart of the question or lead to a follow-up that would then require another whole day to get a response. I really would have liked an option to have a quick call option so issues can be handled in one interaction.
