The product was as advertised, but the website prided yourself on prompt delivery but it took over two weeks and we missed the dinner for which the product was purchased...it came the day after though so you were close:)
Reply from La VinothèqueFeb 4, 2025
We're so sorry you missed your dinner due to the delay. While the product was briefly out of stock, causing an initial delay, we did expedite shipping overnight as soon as it became available. We understand your frustration and apologize that even with the expedited shipping, it didn't arrive in time for your event. We appreciate your feedback and are working to improve our stock management and communication to avoid similar situations in the future.
